Bruce and Kristi Wehr are active in the sales and acquisition of income productive vacation properties, for themselves as well as their clients. Their personal involvement in the field has proven to be a valuable asset for their buyers and sellers.

Together since High School, they are a dedicated Real Estate Team. Before real estate they owned and operated automobile services facilities for 18 years, selling them in 1993.  Both being avid golfers and water lovers, they moved to Calabash, NC. Bruce obtained his NC Real Estate Sales License, then two years later received his NC Brokers License. His business took him all over the northeast corridor, where he also had licenses in Connecticut and Ohio.

As time passed Bruce and Kristi were seeking income productive vacation properties for themselves and discovered the Orlando market. They decided to move to Florida in 2003 to take advantage of the excellent opportunities in the Disney area. Bruce then obtained his Florida Real Estate Brokers license and Kristi received her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
